We don't keep a display case. Each cake is designed with you, baked the week of your celebration, and finished by hand — so the flavour, the size and the look are all yours.
What we do
One kitchen, one order at a time.
Most bakeries sell you what's already made. We work the other way round: you tell us the occasion, the number of people, the flavours you love and the colours you're working with, and we build a cake around that. It might be a single-tier birthday cake for eight, or a four-tier wedding cake with a dessert table beside it.
Everything is baked in our own kitchen in Nairobi. Sponges are made fresh the week of your event — never frozen and thawed — and buttercream is mixed to order so the colours match what you asked for rather than whatever is already in the bowl.
If you're not sure what you want yet, that's normal. Most people come to us with a mood board, a colour, or a photo of something they liked. We'll tell you honestly what works at your size and budget, and what doesn't.

How it works
From idea to cake in four steps.
Most orders take five days from confirmation. Wedding cakes are best booked three to four weeks ahead.

Tell us the occasion
Send the date, the number of guests, the flavours you like and any colours or photos you're working from. A rough idea is enough to start.

We quote and sketch
You get a price, a suggested size and a description of how the cake will look. Nothing is baked until you say yes.

Confirm with a deposit
A deposit holds your date. The balance is settled on collection or delivery. We'll confirm the final design in writing.

Collect or have it delivered
Collect from our kitchen, or we deliver across Nairobi and set up on site for tiered and wedding cakes.
Common questions
Before you order.
How far in advance should I order?
Five days is our usual minimum for a celebration cake. For wedding cakes and dessert tables, three to four weeks is safer — especially in December and around public holidays, when the calendar fills up. If your date is close, ask anyway; we sometimes have room.
How many people does a cake serve?
As a rough guide, a single-tier 8-inch round cake serves around 12 to 15 people, and each additional tier roughly doubles that. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend a size — it's better to size the cake to the room than to guess.
Can you match a colour or a design I've seen?
Yes. Send a photo, a fabric swatch or a colour code and we'll match as closely as icing allows. Some very dark or very bright shades are hard to reach with natural colouring, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
Do you deliver?
We deliver across Nairobi and the surrounding areas, and set up tiered cakes on site. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance and the size of the cake. Smaller cakes can be collected from the kitchen.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
We can bake eggless and can work around some dietary requirements. Tell us at the quoting stage, not after. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
How do I pay?
